    Can I place an order via Pay on Delivery?

    Yes, you can place an order with a Cash on delivery Option.

    Do I Need to pay any additional charges for COD?

    Yes, there is a minimum charge of an additional Rs.40 as a handling fee charged by the Shipping service.

    Are you offering FREE Shipping?

    Yes of course! For all order values above 999, we are offering FREE Shipping.

    What are the standard delivery Charges?

    We charge a minimum amount of Rs.60 as a convenience fee to ship your orders safely and on time.

    Can I cancel my order placed mistakenly?

    Yes, you can cancel the order before it is shipped. And, the order will be shipped within five hours of the day it is confirmed. 

    Can I return the item or a package partially or fully?

    Well, the product range we have is non-returnable items.  But, we consider such requests on a case-to-case basis.  Return is possible only in case of a damaged product is received.

    When shall I expect my order to be delivered?

    The order once placed would be shipped within five hours. It will reach your place within 4- 5 business days.
